What do I do with this?

What questions do you ask over and over again when you are getting a new order or a new client? Those questions are going to be the first pieces of information that you need to collect. How can you automate that and send it out right away after they purchase from you? 

Step #1

Frist, you are going to set up a form that is auto triggered to send out once they purchase from you. If you need different things from each and every customer or client you are going to set up a template that you can send out after making the few adjustments to the form so it is custom for each new person. A template will allow you to customize your response without having to write it from scratch each and every time! 

Step #2

Finding a platform that will help you to stay organized and automate at the same time is going to be a game changer for you. A couple of options that are going to help you are Dubsado or AirTable if you are a service provider or WooCommerce if you are a product driven business. Dubsado and AirTable allow forms and questionnaires to be filled out along with sending email responses or linking to other platforms to make things sink up and make your business run smoother.

I don’t know if you are like me but I can’t remember anything! It is so hard for me to keep up with potential customers and clients that reach out and I need to follow up with them. I love using Click-up to help me stay organized! I have a list created for follow-ups and put them out to the date that they need to be followed up with. It helps me to know who and when to follow up with them so I don’t forget and it helps to make them feel special and like they are my top priority.
